Unless the Website determines that special circumstances warrant a refund, the money from the transaction will not be refunded. If the website determines that a transaction was fraudulent, was done in violation of this Agreement, or if we have any reason to think that the transaction was not completed in good faith, we reserve the right to reverse or chargeback the transaction to the account of the account holder disputing the transaction.
In no event shall (website name) be obligated to issue a refund to any User who has previously paid for a service plan or offer advertised on (website name) and subsequently decided not to use the service plan or offer. In accordance with the law, your decision to purchase the (website name) plan is final and cannot be undone.
REFUND CONDITIONS
If a transaction fails on the site due to technical difficulties, users will be refunded. In such a circumstance, the User can expect a complete refund into his account within 5-7 business days, less any applicable service costs. Please be aware that any refunds issued will only cover the cost of the transaction minus any fees assessed by the payment gateway and any applicable taxes.
If the User has received confirmation of completion but has not yet received the promised services, he or she must file a complaint with customer support via email. After receiving the User's complaint, (website name) will investigate the situation and, if warranted, issue a refund based on the results of the investigation.
In no event shall (website name)'s liability exceed the amount actually received by (website name) from User in connection with the specific transaction in question. In the event of a service interruption or failure on our end, (website name) will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
NON-REFUNDABLE
Among the many examples of items or deals that cannot be refunded are:
- Governmental or regulatory bodies may levy various fees, penalties, and taxes.
- You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account that results from your carelessness, such as the disclosure of your account information or the loss of your login credentials.
- Any business dealings that break the law or violate our agreements.
CHARGEBACK
The Website reserves the right to deduct the amount of any chargeback transaction from your account. The Website reserves the right to postpone your upcoming bill payment(s) if there are any chargebacks pending settlement on your account.
A chargeback is a transaction that cannot be processed for any of the following reasons and is thus returned to the service provider/(website name) for reimbursement to the relevant payment/user. (a) Payments that have already been made but which the user or payer refuses to honor because the goods or services were not as promised or were defective, insufficient, unfinished, or unsatisfactory in any way are not refundable. (b) If a user's or payer's payment is declined by the acquiring bank while utilizing the services for whatever reason. (c) Any fees or debits that may result from a purported security breach in the encryption or security protocols used by the service provider/(website name)/payee at any given moment. (d) Any failed business deal.
The Website maintains the right to suspend or terminate your account if it determines that an unusually high number of chargebacks are being issued from your account. (website name) can:
- account suspension,
- increased processing costs,
- withheld payments,
- lengthen the time it takes for your funds to reach their destination, and
- Use a revolving reserve system.
PENALTY
Users (including end-users and service providers) may be subject to a "Penalty fee" if they are found to have abused the Website's platform; this fee will go towards covering the costs of the Website's investigation, operational handling, and legal consultation.
